We are currently looking for the following people:
Chef
We are looking for a Chef to maintain and develop our established restaurant business to both residents and non-residents.
The successful candidate will also develop and work with our existing, very enthusiastic trainee chef. If you are interested, you will need
- passion, flair and enthusiasm
- ability to create, prepare and present an imaginative A La Carte menu, together with our Specials menu which changes daily
- Experience of running your own kitchen, include stock ordering, stock control and rotation, adherence to HACCP and Health & Safety regulations
- To be organised and efficient and be able to integrate into a small friendly relaxed atmosphere where customer satisfaction is paramount

Waiting staff/General Assistant
We are also looking for a waitress/waiter who will also attend to additional general duties when required.
To be successful, you must be customer focused with a positive attitude and flexible approach. We are a small friendly team and therefore it is important that you enjoy working to high standards with a smile on your face. You must be clean, neat and well presented with a professional and friendly approach.
Experience would be an advantage but not a necessity.
